Note: Seminars include our team of experts that can be offered using a lecture style, or using break-out rooms, and interactive participation. Each seminar is priced individually with the comprehensive package priced as a module. Seminars are virtual or in-person following health guidelines of social distancing and masks with no maximum number of participants or clients registered.

ABOUT LEAD FACILITATOR
Our consultancy services are led by Shernett Martin.
Ms. Martin is an Educator and consultant with a demonstrated history of working to dismantle anti-Black racism, educating audiences about equity, diversity and inclusion. She was seconded to develop and write two University courses called Inclusive Education – Equity and Inclusion for the ETFO (Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario) Ms. Martin wrote several workshops on Equity, diversity and inclusion for unions, agencies, corporations and non-profits and has conducted equity audits that serve as a tool for transformational change in dismantling structures and systems that have upheld racism and inequities in work environments.
Shernett has received multiple awards for her work in equity, diversity, education and philanthropy. She is an Incredible speaker and mentor. Through her commitment to community and capacity building she has guided corporations and organizations into a deep dive confronting and dismantling anti-racism and discrimination. She is skilled in governing and leading Non-profit Organizations and experienced in Corporate Coaching, Conflict Resolution, and Volunteer Management. Ms. Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a focus on Race Relations, Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and completing a Masters in Education from York University.
Along with a team of qualified facilitators and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion specialists, our training and workshop presentations provide a delivery and service model that will meet the needs of our clients while exceeding their expectations.
